David R. Fowler graduated with a BA (Hons) Degree in 1990 and qualified as a Solicitor in 1996. Before qualifying as a Solicitor, he spent five years with the Circuit Court Civil Office in Dublin. He heads up the litigation department of John Shiel Solicitors, covering litigation in the Commercial Court, High Court, Circuit Court, District Court, and tribunals, and any ancillary arbitration or mediation work in the following areas of law: contract, property, building, probate, Family Law, employment, tort and insurance, licensing and debt collection.
