Litigation is a key area of the Firm's activity and continues to expand with a keen eye to timely advice to clients on dispute resolution. The Firm also has considerable experience in alternative dispute resolution involving both mediation and arbitration.
Jason qualified as a Solicitor in 2008. He has been with the firm since 2005 when he began his traineeship. Jason advises on all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution and has a broad experience in the area of Family Law. Jason advises clients on all aspects of Family Law; he has acted regularly for clients at the Circuit Court in Family Law cases involving Guardianship, Access, Maintenance and Divorce. Jason also specialises in the area of employment law, contract law and personal injury cases.
