OUR TRAINING - HOW IT WORKS
In our training programme we cover the essential elements and skills of mediation and help participants to put them into practice, using role-play. Throughout the course, the trainees and trainers take it in turn to be in the mediator's chair during role-play and then participate in discussion and analysis of the process.
Since we train people to mediate all types of conflict, the role-plays are drawn from different areas of conflict and may include conflicts selected by trainees.
